IK Texas ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect. When you join our list, we collect the name, phone number and email address you provide. When you place an order, our payment processor (PayPal, and where applicable Square) collects your payment and shipping details to fulfill your order. We do not see or store your full card numbers.
How we use it. We use your information to send you updates about new products, restocks and community news, and to process and ship your orders. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Marketing & your choices. By subscribing, you consent to receive email and/or SMS messages from IK Texas. Message and data rates may apply. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message, or reply STOP to opt out of text messages. We will honor opt-out requests promptly.
Data security & retention. Subscriber information is stored in a private, access-restricted file and kept only as long as needed for the purposes above. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
Third-party services. We use PayPal and Square for payments, and may embed content from TikTok and Google Maps. These services have their own privacy policies governing the data they collect.
Who we are. IK Texas is an independent, supporter-run community. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official arm of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), any political party, or any government body. Views expressed here are our own.
Informational content. Content on this site, including the "Why It Matters" page, is provided for general informational purposes and is drawn from public reporting and human-rights organizations. It is not legal advice and should not be relied upon as a complete or definitive account. Please consult the linked primary sources.
Products & pricing. We describe products as accurately as we can. Colors may vary slightly by screen. Prices, promotions and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if an item is mispriced or unavailable.
Intellectual property. Our logo, artwork and product designs are the property of IK Texas and may not be copied, reproduced or resold without permission.
Limitation of liability. This site and its products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, IK Texas is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or products.
Where we ship. We ship within the United States from Texas.
Processing & delivery. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery usually takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive shipping updates by email.
Shipping rates. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Standard shipping is $9.99 per item, and shipping is free on orders over $46. Applicable Texas sales tax (8.25%) is added at checkout.
Damaged, defective or wrong items. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
Returns. Because many items are made to order, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out before returning anything so we can guide you. Items should be unused and in original condition.
How refunds work. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. It may take a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
